(In-Person) Chinks Construction Class With Julie Baugher & Joe Meling- Jan 17-19, 2025

In this workshop, you will build a beautiful pair of basic chinks, Round Leg or Square Leg, learning along the way, all the essential construction skills and simple methods Julie has developed over 35+ years of chap making.  She will go over how to take measurements and use them to cut out a pattern to fit you!  Your custom Chinks will include fringe, a front belt buckle, laced-in back belt, single fringe cut out of the body, and yokes which you will tool with Joe the first day! From Beginner to Advanced, we have a great selection of tooling/stamping patterns to choose from. After signing up, you will need to get ahold of Julie to go over some measurements so we can get the yoke size just right for you!  When you complete this workshop, you will have a nice set of Chinks that fit great and are ready to go to work, and a good knowledge base from which to work if and when you build your next pair.  Come, learn with Joe & Julie….and #useyourgifts!"
