11/13oz Hermann Oak leather belt blank. These are the same belt blanks that we use for the belts we make in the shop.

1.5" wide belt blank X 55" Long. This is long enough to accommodate a 44" belt or smaller; belts being measured from the fold to the center hole. Please contact us if you need a larger size. 

11/13oz Hermann Oak Skirting Leather is thick enough to make a single layer belt with no need to line these belt blanks. 

*Skirting leather is cut from full thickness hides meaning the leather has not been thinned down at all. Leaving all of the fibers together like that makes for an extremely durable piece of leather.

The finished belt below is this belt blank with a Neatsfoot Oil finish & edges finished with Gum Tragacanth
