Modeler/Stylus

Use the ball point stylus end of this tool to easily transfer patterns to leather. With the leather cased (wet down), place your tooling pattern on the leather & trace the lines with the stylus. I recommend covering the paper pattern with clear packing tape. This will protect it from the moisture in the leather.

Both the modeler & stylus ends can be used for shading & molding when figure carving. 

The modeler end can also be used to smooth out unwanted marks in veg tan leather when tooling or stamping.
