About The Class: Would you like to make a part-time or full-time income doing leatherwork? Do you want to make all the decisions and control your own schedule? Let's talk business!

Each leatherwork business is as unique as the person running it. However, there are certain issues we all come against and must address. At the core of a leather business we must schedule our work, produce a product or service, price that product, then sell it to someone else.

This class will be a mix of lecture and discussion, sharing with you the lessons I've learned in building and growing our business, Twenty Three Plus. We are a small family owned business that provides a full-time income. Although we are growing and can now bring on employees, this business started with just me, on a table that I didn't even own, and produced profits that didn't take long to add up. There have been many hurdles along the way that I've had to overcome. You are likely up against these same obstacles now or will be soon.

There is plenty of space in the market for another great leathercraft business. Let me help you be the next one.
