About The Class: Building a beaded belt to last is more than simply attaching beads to leather. Most beaded belts I see have a window cut in where the beadwork sits and is essentially framed in leather. I did them the same way when I started. It didn't take long to learn that this left a way for beads to lift up, get snagged, or fall apart. Over the years I've developed a method that delivers a durable product with a refined finish look.

This extremely limited class will give you an inside look at my unique techniques for constructing a beaded inlay belt. Sit next to me in the shop as I walk through each step in truly inlaying beadwork rather than simply framing it in.

Learn to build beaded inlays that are durable and stand the test of time. By using these techniques, your clients will be able to wear their beaded belts with confidence, knowing that you made them an heirloom piece.

This class is limited to only 4 students to ensure that every question will be answered, and each student has great visibility of every step.
