This class will be a well balanced mix of demonstration and hands on. Leave with a finished belt you built.
We will be covering:
- Construction of a 3 piece lined belt
- How to work with American gator hides
- Basic tooling skills
- Leather selection
- Measuring for fit
- Skiving
- Glueing and sewing liners
- Setting snaps
- Punching holes
- Trimming liners
- Beveling and slicking edges
You are encouraged to take lots of notes and pictures as needed. There are LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE to provide maximum one on one time and allow for all questions to be answered in depth.
